Orders, Deliveries & Perishable Goods

We’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meats, seafood, and bundles straight to your door. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because our products are perishable, please keep the following in mind so you can enjoy them at their best:

You are responsible for inspecting your items as soon as they arrive.

Perishable products should be promptly refrigerated or frozen after delivery.

Once your order has been delivered, we are not responsible for spoilage, quality changes, or food safety issues.

Risk of loss or damage to perishable goods passes to you upon delivery.

We strongly recommend that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive orders, especially during Florida’s warmer months.

We take great care to maintain the cold chain during transport, but factors like traffic, weather, and delivery conditions in Florida are sometimes beyond our control. Our goal is always to get your order to you fresh and on time, thank you for helping us make that happen!

Payments and Refunds
